On-demand SEO Product Specialist

Responsibilities:

This role will drive organic growth and improve online visibility for our clients. This non-client-facing support role requires a deep understanding of technical SEO, including site architecture optimization, search engine algorithms, and advanced on-page and off-page optimization strategies.

Your primary responsibility will be to conduct detailed website audits, keyword research, content audits, pinpointing areas for improvement, and implementing strategies to boost search engine rankings and traffic.
You will be collaborating on the overall strategy with the SEO Account Manager and will work in a support role to drive results and client success.
Proactively handle issue resolutions, providing timely and effective solutions to maintain client satisfaction.
Collaborate with internal teams in SEO, paid media, web development, email marketing, conversion optimization, and related industries to facilitate the seamless execution of strategies and deliver exceptional results.
Keep on top of the latest SEO and digital marketing trends and best practices

Please note: This is an On-demand position. Initially 20 hours per week but subject to change depending on business and client requirements. Work Schedule: Working hours must overlap with EST business hours (9am – 5pm EST) for at least five hours each day. We expect team members, especially client-facing, to be available 9am – 5pm EST (New York Time).

Requirements:

The successful candidate will bring a strong technical SEO background paired with superior written English skills, enabling them to effectively develop, optimize, and refine content that aligns with SEO best practices.

Required: Strong English written and verbal communication is required. No exceptions.
Required: excellent client communication and satisfaction skills.
Required: 2+ years of experience as a SEO Specialist or similar role
Required: 1+ year of experience in a client-facing, strategic role
Required: Knowledge of standard and current SEO best practices for both onsite and offsite factors
Required: Experience with SEO reporting — reviewing performance and identifying next steps / strategies, drafting reports, etc.
Required: Candidate must be able to commit to hyper-growth and to a long-term work engagement, must be gritty, must be emotionally intelligent, and must be an A-player.
Required: Experience with tools such as Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, MOZ, etc.
Preferred: Familiarity with Google Workspace products such as Google Sheets, Google Docs, etc.
Nice to have: Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, etc.

- Ability to clearly and effectively articulate insights and recommended actions.
