Work Schedule:
 Working hours must overlap with EST business hours (9am – 5pm EST) for at least five hours each day. We expect team members, especially client-facing, to be available 9am – 5pm EST (New York Time).

  • Analyze the client’s customer journey and develop creative strategies to grow their email list sales, conversion rate and reduce the decision make process.
  • Streamline workflow with automated email sequences. From onboarding to re-engagement.
  • Deep into email analytics to measure open rates, click-through rates, conversions, and more for continuous optimization.
  • Suggest, implement, and document A/B testing.
  • Report on sales revenue generated from email marketing efforts
  • Ensure emails follow industry policies and best practices for high deliverability.
  • Periodically clean up the client’s email list.
  • Client communication (under our company brand) – Understand client needs, request access to appropriate tools, communicate expected hours of completion (brief), execute on the request, provide instructions to the client’s internal team, etc

Requirements

This is an hourly on-demand, client-facing work.

  • Candidates should be fluent in both verbal and written English and the candidate should have good communication skills.
  • At least 3 years of proven work experience in Email marketing, creating high-impact, unique marketing campaigns
  • Proficiency in marketing automation technology
  • Ability to clearly and effectively articulate insights and recommended actions.
  • Strong levels of integrity, autonomy, and self-motivation.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Candidate must be able to commit to hyper-growth and to a long-term work engagement, must be gritty, must be emotionally intelligent, and must be an A-player.
