Our e-Commerce client offers a personalized styling service for women, specializing in hard-to-find sizes. Their mission is to simplify the shopping experience by helping customers find well-fitting, stylish clothing with ease. The brand focuses on empowering women by providing expertly curated fashion solutions that celebrate individuality, confidence, and modern style.

The Challenge

Galactic Fed’s e-Commerce client wanted to improve their Google Ads campaigns to get more orders while lowering the cost per order (CPOS). They were also dealing with a high number of “do not service” (DNS) orders, which affected their overall results, and needed a better strategy to improve targeting and lower costs.

Our Solution

Galactic Fed boosted sales by making key adjustments to improve the client’s Google Ads performance. We turned off the “Optimized Targeting” feature in Discovery ads, significantly reducing fraudulent orders. Additionally, we adjusted our bidding strategy to lower costs per sale.

We restructured search campaigns to enhance keyword visibility and revised ad copies to include relevant keywords, which improved Quality Scores and lowered costs per click. This meant that interested customers were more likely to find the ads.

We paused underperforming ad groups and focused on scaling top performers. Galactic Fed consistently conducted keyword research to ensure we targeted the right audience effectively. These strategies helped reduce costs per order while improving revenue.
