DwellWell is built to simplify the homebuying process for individuals and families looking to purchase their dream homes. They provide personalized guidance and expert support that include assistance with financing options, property searches, and negotiations, that help their clients enjoy their homebuying experience.

The Challenge

Dwellwell ran ads before, but were unsatisfied with their performance. They were looking to improve the overall quality of their leads and increase their sales velocity and time to revenue.

Our Solution

Galactic Fed optimized Google Ads and completed website revamp for DwellWell. We started by focusing on key states—California, Florida, and Texas—to reach the right audience more effectively. The team did thorough keyword research to create Google Ads campaigns aimed at getting more sign-ups on Dwellwell’s website.

Google Ads strategy included Discovery and Display campaigns to attract new users, while Remarketing Lists for Search Ads (RLSA) targeted previous website visitors who needed a reminder to sign up.

Galactic Fed also launched a YouTube ad that showed how Dwellwell works that boosted the conversion rates. At the same time, Galactic Fed redesigned Dwellwell’s website to make it more inviting and user-friendly for new visitors.
