The Story

Background

Offline is a restaurant subscription service that inspires members to get out and explore their city. Each month, Offline matches subscribers with two local spots and even covers part of the tab, making it easier to try something new. With over 7,000 members and a unique model that relies fully on subscriptions, Offline supports local businesses without charging them any fees.  

The Challenge

Offline partnered with Galactic Fed to develop a smart, cost-effective strategy to boost subscriptions, helping them grow in both new and existing markets while staying true to their mission of supporting local communities.

Our Solution

Galactic Fed started Meta Ads campaigns for two key markets: Raleigh and Durham, focusing on driving subscriptions by offering new users a free month. In Charlotte, we launched with a waitlist campaign to build excitement before officially opening subscriptions. With a cost-per-subscription goal of $30, these strategies delivered strong early results. 

Over four quarters, we optimized creatives, strengthened calls-to-action, and refined landing pages to improve conversion rates. By gradually increasing budgets, we maintained Meta’s machine learning efficiency, resulting in a 41% increase in subscriptions with 49,000 leads and a 19% decrease in cost per subscription.
