Bronson Vitamins is a wellness supplements company that has been selling products since the 1960s. They are a well established brand with a strong reputation.
The client noticed that their main customer base was in the 60+ demographic and that the products benefitting younger age brackets weren’t selling as well. Bronson Vitamins tasked Galactic Fed with rejuvenating the brand, raising brand awareness, and driving sales.
The Strategy
Galactic Fed determined that TikTok would be a good place to begin reaching the demographic the client was looking to attract as users aged 18-45 make up over 50% of the platform’s customer base.
The team developed a multi-faceted organic content strategy in order to achieve the client’s goals. That included an extensive research into which Bronson products were most likely to align with online trends and popular concepts on TikTok. Galactic Fed then created organic content in a variety of trending formats (POV, ASMR, conversational, aesthetic, etc.), embracing the platforms most popular content styles.
One of the key challenges Galactic Fed had to overcome was adhering to strict rules and regulations to ensure FDA compliance for all marketing materials. This included following very specific copywriting and scripting guidelines.
