Televeda helps active adults stay socially engaged by providing software solutions for live events. Their mission is to reduce social isolation and loneliness by building virtual communities.

The Challenge

Televeda came to Galactic Fed with two main goals: increase member registrations and drive sign-ups for their Guinness World Records™ attempt for the most viewers of a bingo livestream on a bespoke platform. They needed help identifying the most impactful paid ad channels and developing a comprehensive strategy that complemented their broader marketing efforts to maximize awareness, website registrations, and event participation.

Facebook & Instagram Ads

Galactic Fed used Facebook video ads to drive awareness, targeting a broad audience based on demographics. Lead generation ads were then used to retarget engaged users, supported by an email workflow to encourage registration completions.

 

Google Ads (YouTube & Display)

YouTube ads were optimized for website traffic, targeting users interested in online games. Google Display ads were used for remarketing to users who visited the site but didn’t register, keeping Televeda top of mind.

 

Twitter Ads

During the final week, Twitter ads were added to drive last-minute traffic and registrations, ensuring maximum participation leading up to the event.

 

Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)

Galactic Fed conducted a CRO audit to identify friction points in the user journey. Key improvements included optimizing landing pages, streamlining the registration process, and enhancing CTA placements. These efforts led to a 173% increase in users, a 27.25% decrease in bounce rate, and a 145% increase in page views.
