The Challenge

Tobacco Motorwear needed a solution to streamline their email strategy, improve open and click-through rates, and ultimately increase sales from their email campaigns.

Our Solution

The first thing Galactic Fed did was to expedite the creation of email templates by transitioning the process from HTML to Klaviyo. We created 3 templates: testimonial-based email, single-product features, and multi-product features. This made it easier to create emails across different one-off email campaigns and sequences, resulting in a 140% boost in conversion rate and $60K total revenue generated.

We initially focused on optimizing the welcome series and cart abandonment sequences. We cut down the email series from 7 to 5 emails and made the content more engaging and focused. The cart abandonment emails became more effective when urgency prompts, discount codes, and testimonials were added, which helped build trust and led to a 57% increase in revenue.

We then updated the email designs of the browse abandonment and back-in-stock sequences, improving engagement and contributing to a 57% increase in click rates. We also optimized various one-off campaigns such as weekly round-ups and promo emails by testing different subject lines and using personalization, emojis, and curiosity-driven copy. These improvements resulted in a 124% increase in revenue per recipient.
