Creative Manager

Job Type: Full-time, 40 hours per week, 160 hours per month

Work Schedule:
 Working hours must overlap with EST business hours (9am – 5pm EST) for at least five hours each day. We expect team members, especially client-facing, to be available 9am – 5pm EST (New York Time). As a Creative Strategist, you will be responsible for developing and executing creative strategies that drive exceptional results for our clients. You will collaborate closely with our team of designers, ensuring that creative concepts align with our clients’ objectives and resonate with their target audiences. Your expertise in managing a creative team and your proficiency in working across multiple advertising platforms, including TikTok, Meta, Google Ads, and others, will be invaluable in this role. Candidates who also have additional experience in organic social strategy, content & copy will have a distinct advantage.

  • Creative Strategy: Develop innovative and data-driven creative strategies that align with client objectives and deliver outstanding results.
  • Team Leadership: Hire, manage and lead a team of designers, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality creative work.
  • Advertising Platform Expertise: Utilize your extensive experience in working with various advertising platforms, including TikTok, Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn and other platforms to create tailored and effective creative campaigns.
  • Client Collaboration: Collaborate closely with clients to understand their goals and objectives, and translate them into creative solutions that drive engagement and conversions.
  • Analytics and Optimization: Monitor campaign performance and use data-driven insights to optimize creative strategies for maximum impact.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work collaboratively with our paid media, CRO, email marketing, and SEO teams to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to client campaigns.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Creative Strategist, Creative Manager, or a similar role.
  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing and mentoring creative teams.
  • Proficiency in working with various advertising platforms, including TikTok, Meta, Google Ads, and others.
  • Creative portfolio showcasing successful campaigns across different channels.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a deadline-driven atmosphere.
  • Ability to clearly and effectively articulate insights and recommended actions.
  • Strong levels of integrity, autonomy, and self-motivation.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Candidate must be able to commit to hyper-growth and to a long-term work engagement, must be gritty, must be emotionally intelligent, and must be an A-player.
